Meanwhile, FC Mil Funters held their ground with a 3-0 win against 49ers. As they showed they are serious contenders to challenge Murder On Zidanes Floor in the title race.
Over in Division 1, Ganchev eked out a 3-2 victory against AFC Young Boysz, in a match which either side could have snatched the win. This victory for Ganchev ensures they stay second in the division on the same points as Pendeford Athletic. While Mekelakeya FC showcased their mettle in a 5-1 rout of Straight Outta Compton showing excellent attacking prowess over their opponents. Pendeford Athletic FC secured a clean sheet with a 3-0 victory over Wolfers, and KFC W1mbledon clinched a 3-1 win over Inter Row Z. A great showing from all teams involved in Division 1 with it being an excellent watch for all neutrals throughout the evening.
The team of the week is given to Naija Football Club after securing another win in the league with another excellent performance in fifth match week. In the coming weeks they will be looking to mount a serious challenge on the top two teams in the Premier League.
