Wolverhampton Monday 6 a side news 2024-04-22

Play in the Wolverhampton Monday football league powered by Leisure Leagues

In an electrifying week 11 of the Wolverhampton Monday 6-a-side football league, spectators were treated to some nail-biting contests and individual brilliance. Unfortunately, we did have one non-attendance in Wolves Tigers who have now been removed from the league due to multiple non-attendances. It is vital that all teams attend the league night so it runs as smoothly as possible.

In the Premier League division, Smeggy CF demonstrated their dominance with a resounding 7-0 victory over Costa Del Bliston. Their unyielding attack and fortress-like defense proved too much for the opposition, who simply could not penetrate through Smeggy’s defensive wall. In another Premier League match, Mekelakeya FC and Ruff Ryders FC battled their way to an evenly fought 1-1 draw. Both teams showcased a commendable spirit, with neither side willing to go down without a fight.

In Division 1, KFC W1mbledon edged past AFC Young Boysz with a thrilling 2-1 victory, while Inter Row Z struggled to contain Sevilla Autism, who ran out 5-2 victors. Despite the disparity in scores, the matches were hotly contested, providing the spectators with an engaging spectacle.

As the league progresses, the competition is heating up in both divisions, with teams battling fiercely for the top spot. Stay tuned for more exciting football action in the coming weeks.
