The Wolverhampton Monday 6-a-side Football League pushed through its ninth week of thrilling competition yesterday. The action was fast and fierce in both the Premier League and Division 1, with teams battling it out on the pitch, displaying incredible determination and skill.

Unfortunately, we did have a non-attendance on the night, Dirty Gits FC were not present for their game and we will be in contact with them this week in order to confirm their return for next Monday. It is paramount all teams are present for their fixtures in order for the league to run as smoothly as possible each week, if there are any problems please be sure to contact your area manager in plenty of time.

We did also have one team give their 7 days notice for this week to cancel their game, We look forward to welcoming Grosvenor VI back on Monday. If you do have any dates for holidays please make sure you inform your area manager.

In the Premier League division, AFC Young Boysz came out victorious in a close game against ZFC with a score of 3-2. This truly riveting match highlighted some of the league's top talent. However, Net 6 N Chill and Pathetic Athletic FC ended in a 3-1 win for the former.

Meanwhile, in Division 1, there was no shortage of action either. Spekals FC triumphed over Gumtree Belfast, securing a 4-2 victory, while Older Boysz FC matched the score against Black Country Rovers, also finishing 4-2. 

As we look forward to the tenth week of the Wolverhampton Monday League, it's clear that the competition is heating up. With the teams showing no signs of slowing down, fans can only expect more thrilling matches and stellar individual performances in the weeks to come.
