High-intensity clashes and stunning performances marked week 3 of the Wolverhampton Monday 6-a-side football league. The matches delivered a thrilling spectacle for fans, with the Premier League and Division 1 showcasing some extraordinary talent.

We did have a non-attendance on the night, AFC Youngboysz were not present for their game and we will be in contact with them this week in order to confirm their return for the Monday after next. It is paramount all teams are present for their fixtures in order for the league to run as smoothly as possible each week, if there are any problems please be sure to contact your area manager in plenty of time.

We did a team hand in their 7 days notice to cancel for this week, we look forward to welcoming back Cosford Kittens for the games in 2 weeks time!

In the Premier League division, the match was dominated by Spekals FC who displayed an overwhelming performance, trouncing Black Country Rovers.

Meanwhile, in Division 1, the matches were replete with adrenaline-pumping moments. The Lockers outperformed Fowlers Park with a decisive 4-0 victory. The week also witnessed intense battles between Non Athletico Madrid and Net Six And Chill ending with 1-4, as well as a closely contested match between 6ixers FC and Potters House B, with the latter clinching the victory at 3-2.

The Wolverhampton Monday league continues to deliver a captivating display of football skills and team strategy.

The league is now OFF for Bank Holiday this week and will return Monday 31st August 2026. We wish all players, officials and there families a wonderful Bank Holiday and see you all when we return.
