Newbury Monday 6 a side news - match day 3

In an exciting week of football, the Newbury Monday 6 a side Football League saw exhilarating play across the Premier League, Division 1 and Division 2.

PREMIER LEAGUE  

In the Premier League, Game Set And Snatch demonstrated dominance with a 7-0 victory over Net Six And Chill, displaying a thrilling performance. Amidst stiff competition, Leon Taylor of Unathletico Madrid emerged as the division’s top scorer with two goals. In a nail-biter of a match, Unathletico Madrid managed to edge out Team Fun with a 2-1 victory, further cementing their status in the league.

DIVISION ONE  

Division 1 remained just as exciting with a splendid display of teamwork and individual talent. Stuart Tanner of CK Dons stole the limelight, netting three goals and earning the distinction of the division’s top scorer. The Six Offenders emerged victorious over Borussia Teeth with a 6-2 win, while The New Era squeaked past CK Dons with a 2-1 victory. Meanwhile, POTG FC and Dads Army battled to a 3-3 draw in an adrenaline-fueled game.

DIVISION TWO

Division 2 saw an outstanding performance from Finley De Pellette who secured three goals for Dans Victims, earning him the title of top scorer. Renford Rejects outclassed The Bootcamp with a 5-1 victory, while Kiss My Pass clinched a 3-0 win against Gory Moory FC. Dans Victims were triumphant with a 5-1 victory over KA1 3BU.

Highlighting individual brilliance, Hayden Harriss of The Bootcamp was named the week's Most Valued Player. Despite his team's defeat, Harriss showcased exceptional talent, proving his mettle on the field.
