Newbury Monday 6 a side news - match day 8

In week 8 of the Newbury Monday 6-a-side football league, the competition was fierce as teams fought to solidify their standings. With only two weeks left in the season, the stakes are high and the excitement is palpable.

PREMIER LEAGUE

In the Premier League division, Unathletico Madrid faced a tough loss against Team Fun in the top of the table clash, finishing 2-0 which see's Team Fun go top on goal difference. Meanwhile, Hardly Athletic displayed an impressive game, defeating Newbury Freshmen with a convincing score of 7-2. The competition was intense and teams gave their all to secure their spots in the table.

DIVISION ONE

In Division 1, Dads Army showcased an excellent performance against POTG FC with a 7-2 victory. CK Dons continued their winning streak by securing a 4-0 win against The New Era. This week's games were a testament to the skill and passion of the teams and their determination to win.

DIVISION TWO

Moving onto Division 2, Gory Moory FC fell short against Kiss My Pass, ending the game 2-0. The Bootcamp and Renford Rejects battled it out in a thrilling draw at 3-3, while Dans Victims snatched a narrow victory against KA1 3BU, finishing at 5-4.

As we head into the penultimate week of the season the title races are still wide open in all three divisions. 

The Newbury Monday 6-a-side football league continues to offer thrilling competition, and we look forward to the final few matches of what has been a riveting season.
