Newbury Monday 6-a-side Football League kicked off with a bang last night as local teams clashed, marking the start of yet another highly anticipated season. The atmosphere was electric as eager competitors from Premier League, Division 1, and Division 2 flooded the field in an action-packed evening of football.

Premier League 
In the Premier League, Unathletico Madrid stormed past Dads Army with a stupendous 5-1 victory, setting an impressive tone for the season. Hardly Athletic dazzled the crowd as they dominated Tiki Taka with a scoreline of 7-2. Team Fun and Kiss My Pass offered an exciting match, with Team Fun emerging victorious at 4-2.

Division 1
Division 1 also created quite a stir with The Dirty Hose outperforming Borussia Teeth 3-1. However, the highlight of this division was Dans Victims achieving a 5-1 victory over The Bootcamp. Renford Rejects also put up an impressive performance against Queens Park Strangers, finishing the game at a commanding 8-1.

Division 2
Division 2 added to the evening's excitement. Pathetico Madrid showcased their skills with a clean sweep of 7-0 against Barts Boys United. Gory Moory FC and CK Dons both managed to scrape a narrow win of 1-0 against KA1 3BU and Eleanors Clients respectively.

While it's still early in the season, it's clear that teams have come prepared and are ready to compete. The top scorers of the evening from each division – Unathletico Madrid from the Premier League, Renford Rejects from Division 1, and Pathetico Madrid from Division 2 – have set high standards for their competitors. The forthcoming matches promise intense competition and thrilling sportsmanship.
