The Newbury Monday 6-a-side Football League has kicked off its new season with an exciting week of matches across all divisions.

Premier League
In the Premier League division, the opening matches saw a pair of draws. The Dirty Hose and Borussia Teeth battled to a 2-2 draw in a tightly contested game, while Stroke City and Dads Army also ended in a 2-2 standoff. However, F Town made a strong statement with a commanding 11-2 victory over Kiss My Pass.

Division 1
In Division 1, the night was marked by high-scoring matches. Ellas Fellas triumphed over CPK with a final score of 5-2. Team Fun showed their offensive prowess, dominating their fixture with a remarkable scoreline of 14-0 against Dans Victims. In a closer game, Seskoffenders narrowly defeated Eleanors Clients 2-1.

Division 2
Division 2 also had its share of action. Queens Park Strangers found themselves on the wrong end of a 7-2 scoreline against Gory Moory FC. Pathetico Madrid and KA1 3BU ended in a 3-3 draw. Net Six And Chill secured a clean sheet in a 3-0 victory over Multiple Scoregasms.

As the season has just begun, there is a long journey ahead for all teams. The top scorers of the week were F Town in the Premier League, Team Fun in Division 1, and Gory Moory FC in Division 2. These teams have set the early pace and will be looking to maintain their form as the season progresses.
