NEW SEASON UNDERWAY IN PORTCHESTER

We kicked off our newly expanded season of 6 a side in Portchester last night. Splitting the teams into 3 divisions of 6 will hopefully give everyone a chance for some competitive games across the short 10 week season. We have now incorporated our newer teams into the main league and welcomed The Six Offenders into the Thursday night set up. It was a little frustrating to have a few teams away last night giving early points wins to Sergio and Sigurdsson's in the top flight while Division Two new side TopDogs took a win because of the space in that division.

The space in Division Two is available to any team looking to get involved on a Thursday night. New sides will be very welcome here and anyone wanting any info can get in touch with Rob on 07538562547 or simply register for FREE via this link;

Some great games were played last night, AFC Purbrook grabbing top spot in the prem with a 6 - 1 win over Six Offenders while Cob FC flew to the top of Div One with a convincing 11 - 0 win over James Pain FC. Law Abiding Sigurdson's beat Lads on Tour 4 - 0 and Sum Ting Wong had a good night against Abella Rangers, winning 3 - 1. Another of our recent additions to the league, Maradona Kebab won 3 - 0 against Pants while BSC Hung Boys grabbed the points with a 3 - 1 win against Wrecksome U12's.

Well played to this weeks Hat-trick scorers Taylor Jefferies and Charlie Ponting both of Cob FC with Taylor taking the early lead in the golden boot race.

Big thanks to Nathan for covering for Mike last night and managing match night for us as well as our refs Al and Chris who both had great nights on the whistles.

Good luck to all our teams for the season ahead, it's great to be up and running with a new season and don't forget if you want to get involved get in touch now and start your Leisure Leagues journey next Thursday.
