In an electrifying week 14 of the Portchester Thursday Football League, the Premier League and Division 1 teams battled it out in a series of high-octane matches. The football community was on the edge of their seats as the teams clashed and the top scorers pushed for dominance.
PREMIER LEAGUE
In the Premier League division, a nail-biting face-off between NWO and Marlon Packet saw the former emerging victorious with a 5-4 scoreline. Pup657 fell to The Toerags, with the scoreboard showing 3-6 at the close of the match. Sergio Gameos Lee blanked Fourintina in a decisive 5-0 victory. The most thrilling match was The Six Offenders against Cob Fc, with Cob Fc clinching the win at 8-7. The star player of the division, Patrick Fargher of Cob Fc, showcased his skills by notching up a total of 4 goals, earning himself the coveted title of the top scorer in the Premier League division.
DIVISION ONE
Moving to Division 1, Munter Hunters succumbed to Swan Ballers FC with a 0-2 defeat. Havant Heavies narrowly beat Derby County Fc in a 3-2 showdown. Slops FC secured a comfortable 5-3 win against Bugle Boys. The most dominating victory came from Brexit Ballers 2, who trounced BSC Hung Boys 7-1. This division's top scorer was Ben Payn from Brexit Ballers 2, who impressed all with a total of 4 goals.
The matches from week 14 of the league have set the stage for an electrifying week 15. With the top scorers in form and the teams fired up, the next week promises to deliver even more exciting football.
