Bumfica similarly lost to Inter Yernan FC with a scoreline of 3-5, and The Six Offenders came up short against Marlon Packet in a 2-6 defeat. But amidst these matches, one player outshone the rest - Lewis Shann of Marlon Packet. Shann emerged as the top scorer of the division, netting an impressive total of 4 goals in his team's victory.
DIVISION ONE
Meanwhile, in Division 1, BSC Hung Boys put up a good fight but succumbed to Havant Heavies in an intense game that closed at 5-8. Brexit Ballers 2 took a decisive victory over Swan Ballers FC with a score of 8-1. The close match between Slops FC and Pants ended with Pants taking away the victory by a narrow margin of 3-2. The star of the Division 1 matches was Steve Cotton of Havant Heavies. Cotton mirrored Shann's performance in the Premier League by also scoring a total of 4 goals, which marked him as the top scorer of Division 1.
This week's matches have undoubtedly raised the bar for the remaining season. The teams are set for a thrilling continuation of the season as they look forward to responding to this week's results in their upcoming encounters.
