In the thrilling world of six-a-side football, the Portchester Thursday league entered its seventh week filled with intense competition and exceptional talent. The outcome of the matches has turned the tide of the league in an unanticipated direction.
PREMIER LEAGUE
In the Premier League Division, Sergio Gameos Lee delivered a stunning performance against AFC Pynept, with an overwhelming score of 12-1. Bailey Steele, the star player of Sergio Gameos Lee, topped the charts by scoring five goals, showcasing his excellent form and control over the field. The other Premier League games saw nail-biting finishes with Fourintina narrowly losing to AFC Purbrook 2-3 and Shant On Fc also falling to The Six Offenders by a close margin of 2-3.
DIVISION ONE
The Division 1 league had its own share of drama. Brexit Ballers 2 overpowered Cathy's Crew with a 3-1 victory, with Ben Farr delivering a standout performance by contributing two goals to the tally. The match between Bumfica and Borussia Donmund ended in a 2-2 draw, while Cob Fc suffered a heavy defeat to Marlon Packet, with a scoreline of 0-5.
DIVISION TWO
In Division 2, Alfie Hudson from Receding and Conceding took the limelight by scoring an impressive 4 goals, leading his team to a 6-0 triumph over Pants. The other matches saw Khedira Pin Drop secure a clean 3-0 victory over BSC Hung Boys and Maradonakebab narrowly defeating Gyattlatasary 2-1.
Despite the intense competition, it was Harry Bint who stole the show this week. The Borussia Donmund player was named the Most Valued Player of the week, demonstrating great skill and sportsmanship on the field.
