Portchester Thursday 6 a side news | WEEK 9

In an adrenaline-filled week 9 of the Portchester Thursday's 6-a-side Football League, spectators were treated to high-intensity matches and a flurry of goals in both the Premier League and Division 1.

PREMIER LEAGUE
In the Premier League division, the competition was fierce. The night began with a nail-biting match between Cathy's Crew and Marlon Packet, with Cathy's Crew edging out a 2-1 victory in a game that could have gone either way. Meanwhile, Borussia Donmund and Havant Heavies battled it out in a thrilling 3-3 draw, highlighting the competitive spirit and talent in this premier division.

However, the highlight of the night was undoubtedly the AFC Pynept's outstanding display of football, outclassing The Six Offenders with a commanding 10-1 victory. Harley Weekes of AFC Pynept stood out as the top scorer of the division with an impressive haul of 4 goals, further cementing his team’s dominance.

DIVISION ONE
In Division 1, the competition was just as heated. Maradonakebab and Brexit Ballers 2 ended their match in a 3-3 stalemate, demonstrating the intense competition in this division. In the other match, Micks R Us outplayed Pants with a decisive 7-3 win. Daniel Watling of Micks R Us earned the top scorer title in this division with a commendable 2 goals.
