Evesham, UK – The action heated up in week 4 of the Evesham Tuesday Premier League 6-a-side football competition, as teams battled for vital points and individual honours on a thrilling night under the lights.

In the headline clash, Wychavon Wanderers maintained their strong form with an impressive 3-1 victory over Wet Dream Team. Key to their success was striker Tom Hughes, whose brace proved decisive and also elevated him to the top scorer spot in the division, with 7 goals so far this season.

Elsewhere, Dove Fc put on a scintillating attacking display to overpower Sham Warriors 8-3 in a high-scoring encounter. Dove Fc’s forward, Liam Carter, was in phenomenal form, netting five goals during the contest. Carter’s remarkable haul rockets him up the scoring charts, making him a major contender for the Premier League’s golden boot as the season progresses.

The results have left the Premier League wide open, with both Wychavon Wanderers and Dove Fc staking their claim as serious title contenders. Wet Dream Team and Sham Warriors, while suffering defeats, will look to regroup and bounce back in next week’s fixtures.
