East Cowes Sunday 6 a side new season kicks off!

EAST COWES SUNDAY 6 A SIDE SEASON GETS UNDERWAY!

Our East Cowes Sunday Football League kicked off its highly anticipated season last night with a thrilling games. The league, consisting of two divisions, Premier League and Division 1, witnessed some outstanding performances from the participating teams. Here's a check on all the results:

PREMIER LEAGUE

In the Premier League, defending champions Zoe's Law narrowly secured a victory with a scoreline of 5-4 against 2x Grinding Champs, in a nail-biting encounter that had us on the edge of our seats. It was a high-scoring affair as Scouting For Goals dominated the game to go top, triumphing over promoted We Lose Every Week with an impressive 8-0 win. We had some teams on holiday this week in the Prem so there's a few 5-0 wins but all other teams did play some cracking friendly games.

DIVISION ONE

Moving on to Division 1, AC Me Rollin' emerged as the dominant force, netting 11 goals to secure a thrilling 11-8 victory over Six Offenders. The Ryde Rabbits showcased their attacking prowess, defeating Badder Roma with a convincing scoreline of 10-5. In an intense battle, Robbin Ma Koch triumphed over Inter Yer Nan with a close 3-2 win. Khedira Pin Drop secured a 3-1 win away at Nyash Wanderers while Le Saux Solid Crew went top of the table with a resounding 15-2 win over Muga.

Our East Cowes Sunday 6 a side Football League promises an exciting season ahead, with each team eager to showcase their abilities and strive for success. As the league progresses, we can expect to witness intense competition, some great goals, and outstanding team performances.
