EAST COWES SUNDAY 6 A SIDE RESULTS - MATCH DAY 15

Despite the windy conditions a thrilling week 15 of the East Cowes Sunday 6-a-side Football League concluded last night with a series of sensational matches and a change of leadership at the top!

DIVISION ONE

In the Division 1, Le Saux Solid Crew took a heavy defeat at the hands of Badder Roma who climb out of the bottom two, with an astounding final score of 10-1. A commendable effort was seen by We Lose Every Week who triumphed over Inter Yer Nan with a final score of 3-1 to see them rise to the top of the table with just 3 games to go. Muga V4 struggled to hold their ground as Twogirlsonefacup put on an impressive display, taking the victory at 6-1.

A tight contest was witnessed between Nyash Wanderers and Khedira Pin Drop, with the Wanderers securing a 4-2 victory which see's Khedira slip to second, now a point behind We Lose Every Week. OutOnBale and AC Me Rollin' gave us a thrilling high-scoring match, which ended in favour of AC Me Rollin' with a final score of 7-5.

Thanh Vu from Nyash Wanderers emerged as the star of the week. Not only did Vu help his team clinch a thrilling victory, but he also secured the title of the top scorer in Division 1 this week, netting an impressive hat-trick. Vu's performance did not go unnoticed, as he was named the most valued player of the week, a testament to his formidable skills and excellent sportsmanship.

The East Cowes Sunday 6-a-side Football League continues to be a riveting showcase of local talent and competitive spirit. Looking ahead, the teams are all set to take the field next week, with the hopes of climbing the table, with the title race still wide open there's plenty to play for in the remaining games.
