EAST COWES SUNDAY 6 A SIDE RESULTS - MATCH DAY 17

The seventeenth week of East Cowes Sunday 6 a side Football league was a spectacle of high-octane action, intense rivalries, and standout performances. The Division 1 games proved to be a thrilling showcase of talent and strategy.

DIVISION ONE

The Division 1 clashes saw a torrent of goals and a thrilling edge-of-the-seat match. Badder Roma dominated OutOnBale with a staggering 8-1 victory, showcasing their offensive prowess. The game between Nyash Wanderers and AC Me Rollin' was a nail-biter, ending in a narrow 7-5 victory for AC Me Rollin'.

Khedira Pin Drop proved to much for Muga V4, with the final score reading 19-2 to the league leaders. Leading the charge for Khedira was Brad Austin, who put on a masterclass in finishing, scoring an incredible seven goals to become the top scorer of Division 1 this week.

In another closely fought encounter, second place We Lose Every Week eked out a 6-5 victory over Twogirlsonefacup which sets up a title showdown next week with Khedira. Inter Yer Nan outplayed Le Saux Solid Crew, securing a 6-3 win in the other game.

The outstanding player for the week was Ben Jefferies from We Lose Every Week. His performance was key to his team's victory and earned him the title of the most valued player of the week.

As we approach the final week of the season, the teams will need to bring their A-game to the pitch. The East Cowes Sunday league continues to be a thrilling display of grassroots football, showcasing the immense talent and competitiveness in Division 1.
