East Cowes Sunday 6 a side news - match day 7

The East Cowes Sunday Football League continues to keep us on the edge of our seats. In week 7, the excitement was as palpable as ever in Division 1, where the action was overflowing from start to finish.

DIVISION ONE  

Kicking off the action, Inter Yer Nan and Khedira Pin Drop battled it out in a tightly contested match. The game, much like a chess match, saw Khedira Pin Drop finally break the deadlock to capture a 1-0 victory. The defensive grit and determination were the highlight of this fixture.

The next game of the night saw Muga V4 take on title chasers Nyash Wanderers. The Wanderers displayed an impressive offensive performance, putting 6 goals past Muga V4, with the game ending 6-1 in their favour.

One of the highest-scoring game of the evening belonged to We Lose Every Week and Getafe Me Mason, an action-packed thriller ending with a 10-3 victory for Getafe Me Mason who remain top.

Meanwhile, AC Me Rollin' steamrolled their way to a 9-1 triumph against Le Saux Solid Crew with Samuel Collings leading the way for his team. Collings, the top scorer in Division 1, managed to find the back of the net four times, capping off an incredible individual performance.

The final match of Division 1 saw Badder Roma face Twogirlsonefacup in a nail-biting encounter. Despite Badder Roma's valiant efforts, Twogirlsonefacup emerged victorious with a 10-6 win.

The Most Valued Player of the week honours were bestowed upon Frank Stuber from Twogirlsonefacup. His exemplary performance and crucial contributions to the team's win were widely applauded by all.

Week 7 of the East Cowes Sunday League ended with thrilling games and remarkable performances. As we wait for the next round of fixtures, the excitement keeps building in Division 1, promising more footballing drama and spectacle.
