The first week of the new season for the Ringwood Monday Premier League commenced last night with a series of thrilling matches, showcasing the depth of talent in the local 6-a-side football community.

Defending champions, Tribos Kids, started their campaign with a hard-fought 5 - 3 victory over Elm Tree. In a game defined by high-intensity and strategic play, Tribos Kids demonstrated why they are the team to beat this season.

The most emphatic win of the evening went to StillGotIt FC, who demolished Ligma with an astounding 13 - 3 scoreline. This result sends a strong message to the rest of the Premier League, that StillGotIt FC are a force to be reckoned with.

The Metropolis of Ringwood also put in an impressive performance, shutting out Ringwood Shin Snappers with a 7 - 0 triumph. Their fierce and unyielding defense, combined with their swift attacks, make them a formidable adversary this season.

The game between Tickle Misak and P Didier Drogba FC was a feast of goals, ending 8 - 3 in favour of P Didier Drogba FC.
