Great Start Continues for MoLeicesters in Ryde 6 A Side

It looks like we have a couple of new genuine title contenders in our Ryde Thursday 6 a side league at Ryde Academy. 

Both MoLeicesters and Prison FC sit at the top of the table with 2 wins from their 1st 2 games and with Sat Fesh and Guns n Moses sharing the spoils this week it's really opened up the title race early in the season. MoLeicesters got the better of Puyol 6 - 2 thanks to Hat-tricks from Harry Scott and Henry Allen while Prison FC took a 5 - 0 win with Butlins Bandits missing this week. Roverners picked up an important 2 points from their game with Milfclarters to kick off their points scoring for the season. 

In Division One we have 3 sides on max points and although it's early days they have to all be looking to make a real title push this season. Mark Grafham picked up his 2nd MVP award with another brilliant display to control Goldies game with The Mighty View. The goals were shared in the 7 - 4 win that keeps Goldeis 2nd on goal difference behind Kirbs Return who have started the season in amazing form. They followed up their big win last week with another this time against Chamakh to earn a postive goal difference of 21 from their 2 games, title favourites ? time will tell but it's a cracking start from them. Khedira remain 3rd after a good 5 - 3 win over Grand Theft Porto, Davidinho Haynes on target with two while Vectis Rovers bounced back from last weeks disapointing start with a decent 7 - 2 win against Royal Mail-Drid. Chris Joliffe's tidy hat-trick the big difference between the sides. 

Thanks to everyone for bracing the elements and being part of another exciting week at Ryde, we move onto week 3 next Thursday and hope to have some great games to report on.
