Ryde Thursday 6 a side news | WEEK 3

In the world of local football, the Ryde Thursday League provided a thrilling spectacle this week. Division teams delivered energizing performances, with the Premier League and Division 1 matches engaging spectators throughout the evening.


PREMIER LEAGUE
In the Premier League division, the Roverners managed to secure a hard-fought victory against Crown FC with a scoreline of 4-3. Matt Jackson, the top scorer for Roverners, showed remarkable skill and precision with a total of 3 goals, contributing significantly to his team's victory. The Margys Betas could not withstand the offensive prowess of Scouting For Goals, succumbing to a 2-6 defeat. Ivory Toast, featuring the most valued player of the week, Joe Rayner, managed to edge out Doter Returns 4-3 in a nail-biting match.


DIVISION ONE
Moving on to Division 1, it was a goal fest with Vectis Rovers scoring 6 against the 16 netted by Cereal Wimmers FC. Shay Pattrick of Cereal Wimmers FC emerged as the top scorer in this division, displaying striking prowess with a total of 5 goals. In yet another exciting match, Khedira Pin Drop III achieved a narrow victory over Youth Offending Team with a 2-1 score. Diabetico Madrid, on the other hand, dominated the field against Double Pogba And Koke, winning the game 8-0.


Joe Rayner of Ivory Toast stood out among the rest, earning the title of the most valued player of the week. His excellent performance played a crucial role in the team's success and his contributions were highly applauded by fans and fellow players alike.
