Salisbury Monday 6 a side news - match day 12

In the heart-pounding 12th week of the Salisbury Monday Football League, teams from Division 1, Division 2, and Division 3 battled it out on the pitch, showcasing an array of talent and tactics.

DIVISION ONE

Division 1 saw a thrilling draw between Elite FC and Net Six and Chill, both teams ending the match with a valuable point after a 4-4 draw. In a surprising turn of events, Sam N Kids dominated the SCS All Stars with a whopping 13-2 victory, thanks to an exceptional performance by Leon Blackburn, who netted six goals - making him the top scorer in Division 1 this week. SDH Ultras, led by the most valued player of the week Anthony Vijayanathan, secured a comfortable 5-1 win over No Pace Just Grace. Leaders Lavvy 6s outplayed Lads And Dads, ending the game with an overwhelming 15-0 victory.

DIVISION TWO

In Division 2, a riveting match between 50 Shades O Shea and Ball Busters saw the former emerge victorious with a 5-3 scoreline. Sporting FDC put on a stunning performance against The Goofy Slugs, walking away with an 11-3 victory. Tobie Keel, from Sporting FDC, made headlines as the top scorer with five goals. Gateway FC defeated Winless FC with a 4-1 victory, while Balatasaray 6s and Python6s finished a tightly contested match with a 0-0 draw.

DIVISION THREE

Division 3 was equally exciting. Cabin Fever defeated Blenders United 7-0, with George Moody from Cabin Fever leading the charge with three goals. Deans Boys established dominance over Queens Park Strangers with a 6-2 win while Team 1 secured a close win against Dad Bods with a 3-2 scoreline.

With only two more weeks left in the season, teams are vying to secure their place in the table. The atmosphere is brimming with anticipation, and the coming weeks promise more action, goals, and gripping football. A reminder that there are no games next week due to bank holiday so we are back in action on the 1st September.
