Salisbury Monday 6 a side news - match day 13

In an exhilarating Week 13 of the Salisbury Monday 6-a-side Football League, teams across three divisions battled it out on the pitch resulting in some high-octane football drama.

DIVISION ONE

In Division 1, the clash of the evening was a thrilling contest between Elite FC and Sam N Kids, which saw Elite FC edging past their rivals 5-4. Meanwhile, Net Six And Chill maintained their composure against No Pace Just Grace, securing a 4-2 victory. However, the highlight of the division's matches was a high-scoring showdown between SDH Ultras and Lads And Dads that ended in a 9-4 win for the latter. Tim Gibson of Lads And Dads emerged as the top scorer of Division 1, netting an impressive 4 goals.

DIVISION TWO

In Division 2, Sporting FDC showed their dominance with a resounding 9-1 victory against 50 Shades O Shea, with Tobie Keel contributing 3 goals to become the division's top scorer this week. Ball Busters outplayed Gateway FC 5-2, while The Goofy Slugs and Python6s played out an evenly contested 2-2 draw.

DIVISION THREE

Division 3 saw Blenders United shutting out Deans Boys with a 7-0 scoreline. Cabin Fever ran riot against Dad Bods, defeating them 12-1, while Team 1 succumbed to Boscombe On Me, losing 8-4. George Moody, the leading goal scorer of the division, netted 4 goals for Cabin Fever.

The player who stole the spotlight this week was Alex Mitchell from Boscombe On Me, earning the title of the league's Most Valued Player. His exceptional performance on the pitch was instrumental in Boscombe On Me's victory, truly earning him the accolade.

As the league now moves into its 14th and final week, the teams will be looking to carry forward their momentum and improve their standings.
