Salisbury Monday 6 a side news - match day 5

As the floodlights glowed last night, the Salisbury Monday 6-Side Football League entered its 5th week, bringing intense action and remarkable performances across the Premier League, Division 1, and Division 2.

PREMIER LEAGUE

In the esteemed Premier League, Net Six and Chill made a strong statement by outplaying Elite FC with a 4-1 win to put them bang in the title race. Meanwhile, Sam N Kids showcased a dominant performance, defeating Injury FC 10-0. Balatasaray 6s also left an imprint on the field by defeating SDH Ultras 8-0. Lavvy 6s, however, stole the show by beating Salisbury Scrotums 13-1. Lavvy 6s' Fin Roberts claimed the spotlight by netting an impressive total of seven goals, becoming the division's top scorer this week.

DIVISION ONE

Over in Division 1, The Goofy Slugs pulled off an 8-2 victory over Barely Athletic, while 50 Shades O Shea overpowered Pathetico Madrid 5-1. Python6s and Ball Busters also secured wins against their respective opponents. Despite Barely Athletic's loss, Joshua Dolding emerged as the division's top scorer with his double.

DIVISION TWO

Meanwhile, in Division 2, Gateway FC defeated RIP On FC 6-3, fuelled by Ifedayo Ibini's remarkable five-goal haul, earning him the title of the top scorer in the division. The week's other matches saw victories for Lads And Dads, Team 1, and Boscombe On Me.

Moreover, Sam N Kids' Leon Blackburn delivered an exceptional performance, earning him this week's Most Valued Player accolade. Blackburn's phenomenal play has certainly contributed to his team's impressive run this season.

As we complete week 5 of the league, the action intensifies and the competition stiffens. We eagerly anticipate the next week's round of matches, promising another exciting chapter in the Salisbury Monday 6-Side Football League.
