Salisbury Monday 6 a side news - match day 8

In a thrilling night of football, Salisbury's Monday Football League delivered an action-packed week 8 across its three divisions - Premier League, Division 1, and Division 2.

PREMIER LEAGUE

The Premier League saw some impressive performances, with Lavvy 6s notching up a 7-3 victory against Net Six And Chill. Balatasaray 6s also delivered an emphatic win, routing Downton Dingleberries 6-0. The Salisbury Scrotums outplayed Injury FC, with a 6-1 win, and Elite FC secured their triumph with a 7-3 victory over SDH Ultras. In the midfield madness, Elite FC's Eben Burton stood out, earning the top scorer title with his three-goal haul.

DIVISION ONE

The Division 1 matches were equally competitive, featuring a 5-3 win for Python6s over Pathetico Madrid. Ball Busters edged past Barely Athletic 4-2, while 50 Shades O Shea dominated Winless FC with a 6-2 win. In an intense faceoff, The Goofy Slugs managed to outscore No Pace Just Grace 5-4, courtesy of Kylan Noonan's stellar hat trick that crowned him as the division's top scorer.

DIVISION TWO

The Division 2 games saw an impressive 5-1 win for Lads And Dads against Dad Bods, with Ian Webber scoring twice to claim the top scorer title. Boys In Black secured a clean sheet against Gateway FC with a 2-0 win. The matchup of RIP On Fc and Team 1 was a one-sided affair, ending in an 8-0 victory for Team 1. Boscombe On Me ended up in a 3-3 draw with Queens Park Strangers.

In the midst of all the action, Elite FC's Rahman Ali became the talk of the matchday. With an exceptional performance on the pitch, Ali was named the Most Valued Player of the week, underlining his importance to his team and the league.

This week's results set up an exciting start to the second half of the season and left us eagerly anticipating the next round of matches. The players will be looking to keep their form and improve their standings as the season progresses.
