Salisbury Monday 6 a side WEEK 4 ROUND UP

Play in the Salisbury Monday football league powered by Leisure Leagues

In a thrilling week 4 of the Salisbury Monday 6 a side Football League, teams fought hard for victory, resulting in some impressive performances and surprising outcomes. In the Premier League and Division 1, competition was rife, with standout players making their mark with significant contributions.

In the Premier League, Ice Hockey FC dominated Dad Bods with an impressive 5 – 0 victory, while The Goofy Slugs edged past Lavvy 6s with a narrow 1 - 0 win. However, the performance of the week was undoubtedly Pumbappes Snow Bunnies' breathtaking 20 – 1 triumph over Pique Blinders. Seb Osmond of Pumbappes Snow Bunnies emerged as the top scorer in the division, netting a commendable total of 4 goals. Fair play to Pique Blinders for sticking with it, hopefully they bounce back well next week.

The action in Division 1 was equally intense. Backyard UTD fell short against Barely Athletic, losing 2 - 4, while Winless FC were outplayed by SCS All Stars, suffering a 0 - 6 defeat. Petra FC also endured a 2 - 4 loss to Murder On Zidanes Floor. Jacob Berry of Murder On Zidanes Floor distinguished himself as the top scorer in the division by scoring a total of 3 goals.

The most valued player of the week was David Hanna from the dominant Pumbappes Snow Bunnies, whose stellar performance significantly contributed to their team's exceptional victory. The Salisbury Monday 6 a side Football League continues to showcase the passion and talent of local football, and we are eagerly awaiting the next week's matches.
