LEAGUE EXPANDING SOON

In a thrilling week of action and excitement, the Salisbury Monday 6 a side Football league concluded its ninth week last night. The league saw some captivating performance in Division 1, keeping all teams involved and motivated for next weeks games. 

The night was full of high-scoring matches and stunning displays of teamwork and individual prowess. In Division 1, Man Titty secured a decisive 5-1 victory over Backyard UTD, while Pumbappes Snow Bunnies outscored Pique Blinders 3-1. SCS All Stars demonstrated a dominant performance against Petra FC, winning the game 5-1. Lads And Dads faced a tough match against Winless FC, with the latter team securing a 5-1 win. Elite FC had a spectacular night on debut, trouncing Dad Bods in an unmatched 7-0 victory. Could they be a team to keep eyes on as we head towards the business end of the season?

In the midst of the high scoring and intense matches, individual players also made their mark. Peter Lidstone-Scott of the Winless FC stood as the top scorer in Division 1. Lidstone-Scott displayed extraordinary skills, scoring an impressive total of 2 goals and contributing significantly to the team's win.

Despite his team's defeat, Stuart Campbell of Dad Bods emerged as the week's most valued player. Even in the face of a challenging match, Campbell showcased remarkable talent and skill, proving to be an indispensable asset for his team. His outstanding performance on the field was recognized and praised by both his teammates and opponents.

As we look forward to the next week of the Salisbury Monday 6 a side Football league, teams and players are gearing up for more intense matches, stunning goals, and memorable moments.

Our next season will give us the opportunity to build on the great set up we currently have by adding new teams and expanding into 2 divisions. We welcome new sides now, it's not too early to get registered and guarantee a place in the league. We are limited on room so don't miss out.
