Play in the Shrewsbury Monday football league powered by Leisure Leagues

It was good evening of football at Leisure Leagues in our Shrewsbury Monday League which saw all team in attendance as scheduled. We thank all teams for their continued support and reliability as always.

In the Premier League division, Jock Itch FC reigned supreme against Hardly Athletic with a decisive 5-1 victory. Jordan D from Jock Itch FC was the star player of the match, leading his team to victory by scoring three of the five goals, the highest for any player in this division this week. Ellesmere Rangers and WBS FC put on a spectacular show as well, with WBS FC narrowly clinching the win, 5-3. FC BACK OF THE NETO came out on top against Monner OT in an intense 3-2 match, and Dale Fc managed to edge out Goals Aloud in a tight 2-1 game.

Meanwhile, in Division 1, Straw Hats outplayed Halfway Wanderers in a 2-0 match with some commendable teamwork and tactics. KFC showed their dominance against FC Shrewbacca with a solid 5-0 triumph. Jay from KFC emerged as the top scorer in Division 1, netting an impressive four goals. Verve FC and Grange R Us had a neck-to-neck face-off that ended in a 2-2 draw, showcasing the competitive spirit of the league. Welshpool Wanderers managed to eke out a 1-0 victory against Wetherspoons Wanderers, adding more excitement to the league standings.
