Shrewsbury's much-anticipated Monday Football League saw a storm of action in its fifth week. The matches brought the heat, with players and teams from both the Premier League and Division 1 divisions delivering a memorable night of football.

In the Premier League, KFC managed a clean victory against Gooners, with a final score of 2-0, while Buzzards showcased their prowess, scoring three goals and leaving Hardly Athletic goalless in a thrilling match. Gen Z, not to be outdone, pulled off a decisive 5-2 victory over Verve FC. Meanwhile, Goals Aloud displayed a dominant performance against Masala FC, wrapping up the match with a 2-0 win. Amid these high-octane matches, Buzzards' forward, Will, emerged as the top scorer in the Premier League division, netting a total of 2 goals.

Over in Division 1, Ellesmere Rangers eked out a narrow 2-1 victory against FC Shrewbacca, while Wetherspoons Wanderers and CR7DALE ended in a 1-1 stalemate. Grange R Us demonstrated their skill with a 2-1 triumph over SouthSide Rednexs. The standout player in Division 1 was Cameron from Wetherspoons Wanderers, who scored the only goal for his team and emerged as the top scorer.
