Play in the Shrewsbury Monday football league powered by Leisure Leagues

Please can all team be reminded that our Monday League will return after the Bank Holiday Break on May 11th.

In the Premier League, we witnessed some breathtaking football. Hardly Athletic were narrowly edged out 1-0 by Gen Z in a tightly contested game. Elsewhere, Sudlows Selected showed their class in a tense 2-1 victory over FC Parade, displaying a performance of resilience and tenacity. However, the highlight of the evening was Livin Saliba Loca's dominant display, trouncing Sixoffenders in an 8-0 victory. It was a masterclass in attacking football, with Jake playing a pivotal role, netting two goals and earning the top scorer accolade for the week in the Premier League.

In Division 1, the competition was just as fierce. Leave My Arselona fell to a 3-1 defeat at the hands of FC Shrewbacca while Wetherspoons Wanderers secured a 4-2 victory over Halfway Wanderers. Jacks XI Lovers and Unfit Ballers battled it out in a goalless stalemate, displaying the defensive prowess of both teams. The standout performance, however, came from KFC, who proved too hot for Real Ale Madrid to handle, with a thumping 7-0 victory. KFC's Cam dazzled with a hat-trick, making him the top scorer for Division 1 this week.
