Play in the Shrewsbury Monday football league powered by Leisure Leagues

In an electric night of football, Week 8 of the Shrewsbury Monday Football League swept the city with adrenaline as teams from the Premier League and Division 1 divisions gave it their all on the pitch.

The Premier League saw some thrilling matches. FC Parade claimed an impressive victory over Gen Z with a score of 6-3. The Unfit Ballers also showcased their dominance by thrashing Fill Me Wycombe 6-1. However, the match between The Golden Arches and KFC ended in a 2-2 standoff. Charlie P from the Unfit Ballers stole the limelight by scoring 2 goals, making him the top scorer in the Premier League division for the week.

Meanwhile, in Division 1, the competition was equally fierce. FC Shrewbacca barely managed to squeeze past Six Guys One Cup with a 3-2 victory. Grange R Us dominated the field with a 5-1 victory over WR FC. Wetherspoons Wanderers managed a narrow victory against Halfway Wanderers, ending the match at 2-1. Adding to the excitement, Audacity emerged with a commanding 6-1 win over Sixoffenders while Openda Legs bagged a 2-0 triumph over Real Ale Madrid.

The star of Division 1 was undoubtedly Jordan D from Grange R Us, who netted a total of 4 goals, securing his position as the top scorer for the week in the division.
