Play in the Shrewsbury Monday football league powered by Leisure Leagues

It was a fantastic eveing of action in our Shrewsbury Thursday league which saw all teams in attendance as scheduled. We thank all teams for their continued support and reliability as always!

In the Premier League division, Mo Leicester and WEMERDALE locked horns in a six-goal thriller that ended in a tense 3-3 draw. In other matches, OBL FC held Magpies On Tour to a 1-1 draw in a contest marked by tactical brilliance from both ends. The only clean sheet of the night was secured by Buzzards, who edged past Inter Ya Nan 1-0 in a nail-biting fixture.

Moving on to Division 1, Masala FC showed their mettle with a hard-fought 1-0 victory over The Foxy Boys, marking their first win of the season. Super Sonic FC, with a commanding 3-1 win over ABP FC, showcased why they are considered one of the top contenders this season. Bayern Choonich proved unstoppable against AFC SHREWBACCA, netting 4 goals for a decisive 4-1 victory.
