The Shrewsbury Thursday football league saw some intense action last night, with teams from the Premier League, Division 1, and Division 2 showcasing a thrilling set of matches. 

The Premier League matches started off with a high-octane clash between OBL FC and WEMERDALE, with the latter clinching a victory with a 5-3 score. George W from WEMERDALE emerged as the star of the night, scoring a commendable three goals. The other matches saw Buzzards triumphing over Magpies On Tour with a decisive 7-2 victory, and Mo Leicester pulling off a narrow 1-0 victory over Real Supersonic FC.

In Division 1, the highlight of the night was ABP FC's dominant 6-1 victory over AFC SHREWBACCA, with Tyler leading the charge by scoring two goals. The match between Super Sonic FC and Masala FC ended up as a nail-biting draw, with neither teams managing to make a breakthrough.

Moving on to Division 2, Grief Athletic edged past Kroos Control in a closely contested match that ended 3-2. Net Six And Chill delivered an impressive 6-1 victory over Openda Legs, with Jack Sadler proving pivotal to the win, scoring three goals to top the division's scoring chart for the week.
