Play in the Shrewsbury Thursday football league powered by Leisure Leagues

We were thrilled to crown our league winners last night of our Thursday league. 

The new division kicks off next wee on July 24th- sign up now to secure the final spot!

In the Premier League division, the match between Mo Leicester and Magpies On Tour ended with a narrow victory for the Magpies, scoring 3-2. Meanwhile, Real Supersonic FC edged out WEMERDALE in a close contest, ending at 2-1. The star of the division was undoubtedly Tate Crippin of Magpies On Tour, who netted a total of 3 goals. However, the glory of the division was ultimately claimed by Buzzards, who topped the division with a total of 16 points from 7 wins.

In Division 1, The Foxy Boys fell short against Super Sonic FC, losing 2-1. Masala FC, on the other hand, had a sweeping win over AFC SHREWBACCA, with an outstanding score of 8-0. Charlie Cross of Masala FC rose as the top scorer, contributing 3 goals. Super Sonic FC emerged as the division winners with an impressive 18 points and 8 victories.

Division 2 saw Net Six And Chill triumphing over Kroos Control with a 5-2 score. Grief Athletic produced the biggest surprise of the night, thrashing Openda Legs 9-1. Jack Jones from Grief Athletic was the standout player, scoring 3 goals. However, the division champion title went to Net Six And Chill with 10 points from 5 wins.
