Play in the Shrewsbury Thursday football league powered by Leisure Leagues

It was a great night of football at Shrewsbury Leisure Leagues on Thursday which saw the debut of Salopian Rattlers in Division One.

In the Premier League division, MMH FC edged out Buzzards in a tight 1-0 victory, giving them valuable points in the standings. In another exhilarating match, the tenacious WEMERDALE team claimed a 3-1 victory over The Supersonic FC, thanks to a star turn by DANIEL CLORLEY, who managed to score a goal. Meanwhile, Skibidi Squad X and Mo Leicester fought to a hard-earned 1-1 stalemate, proving the depth of competitive spirit in the division.

Moving onto Division 1, it was a day of high-drama matches and goal-scoring feats. The Magpies On Tour clinched a narrow 2-1 victory over ABP FC in a nail-biting encounter. The Foxy Boys managed to snatch a 1-0 win against Openda Legs. However, the real thriller came when Salopian Rattlers triumphed over AFC SHREWBACCA with a 3-1 score, while Goal Diggers fell to MSFC in a pulsating 2-3 match.

Division 1's top scorer commendation goes to Dougie of the Goal Diggers, who put 2 goals past the opposition, showcasing his skills and providing his side with valuable contributions.
