LEAGUE OFF- Please can all teams be aware that the Shrewsbury Thursday League is closed on October 23rd due to a College open day. We look forward to seeing all teams back at the league when we resume as normal on October 30th. 


In the Premier League, Geog Lads narrowly edged Buzzards in a tightly contested match that ended 2-1. The Supersonic FC showcased an impressive defensive performance, shutting out Team Shrewsbury with a convincing 4-0 victory. WEMERDALE added to the excitement, claiming the win against Skibidi Squad X with an impressive 3-1 scoreline. MMH FC also put on a superb performance, defeating Mo Leicester 4-1. Premier League's top scorer Max of WEMERDALE continued his scoring spree with a brace, bringing his total to two for the week.

Meanwhile, in Division 1, AFC SHREWBACCA struggled to make an impact as ABP FC dominated the match, piling on seven unanswered goals. The Foxy Boys continued their winning ways with a 3-0 victory against Goal Diggers. MSFC notched an impressive 8-1 victory over Magpies On Tour, with Jack Davies netting a hat trick for MSFC, making him the week's top scorer of Division 1. In another high-scoring match, Salopian Rattlers overcame Openda Legs 5-2.
