Play in the Shrewsbury Monday football league powered by Leisure Leagues

It was a great evening of action at Shrewsbury Leisure Leagues on Thursday. We were delighted to welcome some familar faces back to the league as Barely Athletic made their debut!

In the Premier League, Petr Cech His Hardrive demonstrated a sweeping triumph against Buzzards, ending the game with a staggering 13-1 victory. Ethan Kinsey spearheaded this impressive win, bagging six goals for the team and becoming the top scorer for this week in the Premier League.

Elsewhere in the Premier League, The Supersonic Fc and Net 6 And Chill locked into a goalless draw, while MSFC claimed a decisive 11-1 victory over Geog Lads. In a much closer contest, Magpies On Tour edged out MMH FC with a narrow 3-2 win.

Meanwhile, in Division 1, the Salopian Rattlers showed their prowess against AFC SHREWBACCA with a solid 3-0 win. The Foxy Boys outclassed FC Shin Pad Sniffers with a 4-0 scoreline, and Openda Legs squeezed a 1-0 victory over Bum Phoenix.

The highlight of the night in Division 1 was undoubtedly the Goal Diggers' stellar performance against Barely Athletic, running away with a 7-2 victory. Leading the charge for the Goal Diggers was Shay, who netted a hat-trick, earning the title of this week's top scorer in Division 1.
