Another good evening's football in the Sittingbourne Monday 6 a side league this week.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE LEAGUE IS CANCELLED FOR ONE WEEK ON MONDAY 6TH APRIL DUE TO EASTER BANK HOLIDAY. WE RETURN AS PER FIXTURES ONLINE FROM MONDAY 13TH APRIL AND LOOK FORWARD TO SEEING EVERYONE BACK FOR THESE MATCHES. WE HOPE EVERYONE HAS A CRACKING EASTER.
In the Premier League division, Goal Diggers FC showed a fine display of their capabilities, beating Phoenix by 2-0. However, the standout player was Jay from Isle of Bourne, who drew attention with his stunning performance, scoring 2 goals, marking him as the top scorer in this division.
In Division 1, Pure FC displayed a dominant performance against Expected Toulouse, scoring a remarkable 7-1 victory. But it was Ritch Szn of Pure FC who emerged as the division's leading goal scorer, with a total of 4 goals.
In the Division 2, FC Walnut emerged victorious against MLC FC, with an impressive score of 7-1. Sam Neale of FC Walnut stole the spotlight, scoring 3 goals and earned the title of top scorer in the division.
In Division 3, the match of note was between Paralympiakos and Beaver FC, with Paralympiakos taking the win. Their victory was primarily due to Luke's phenomenal performance, scoring 2 goals and becoming the top scorer of the division.
Finally, in Division 4, there was a spectacular display of football from Dyche Ball, securing a 3-0 victory against Sondico FC. The credit for this victory goes to Ted from Dyche Ball, who netted 2 goals, earning him top scorer honors for the division.
