Monday 9th February - Sittingbourne Round-Up

It was another good evening's football in the Sittingbourne Monday 6 a side league this week, with all teams in attendance throughout the night as scheduled, the only exception being Beaver FC who return as normal next week.  We saw some well competed matches played throughout the night across all divisions.

In the Premier League division, we witnessed a mesmerizing performance from Isle of Bourne who outclassed Chubby Alonsos with a score of 5-2. The standout player was undoubtedly Kane, hitting the back of the net four times, making him the top scorer in this division for the week.

Division 1 also hosted its share of electrifying action. Victorious Secret bested E Block with a score of 3-1, while Workout Wolfsburg and Ticklers ended in a draw. Alfie from Workout Wolfsburg emerged as the top scorer in Division 1 with a solitary goal.

Moving to Division 2, we saw a close match between FC Walnut and Expected Toulouse, with the former securing a narrow 2-1 victory. KC Milan also managed to edge past Boshington FC with a scoreline of 1-0, thanks to a decisive strike from Jon Joe, who ended up being the top scorer in this division.

In Division 3, there were goal feasts all around. Paralympiakos obliterated Sondico FC with a massive 7-0 victory, while Kieron Smith from Pensioners 11 dominated the scoreline with three goals, securing his place as the top scorer.

The drama rolled into Division 4 as well, with FarmWood FC losing to Saint Jokerz by a slim margin, and a closely fought 2-2 draw between Saint Reapers and Saint Eagles FC. The top scorer in this division was Alfie Love from Leavemyarcelona, who scored 2 goals.
