Sunday 22nd February - Sittingbourne Round-Up

Another superb evening's football in the Sittingbourne Sunday 6 a side league this week, with all teams in attendance throughout the night across both divisions.

In the Premier League division, the teams were locked in an intense struggle for dominance. The game between Saga and Clubcard FC resulted in a 1-1 draw, with the top scorer of the division, Conner Bryant from Saga, scoring the equalizer. The match between Real Sociopath and Sheppey Wednesday also ended in a stalemate with both teams scoring one goal each, proving the competitive nature of the division. The game between Unathletico FC and Michu At De Gea Ba, however, saw a shift in the balance of power, with Michu At De Gea Ba clinching a narrow win with a solitary goal.

The Division 1 league saw NetsixandChill edge out AFC Cuckwood in a closely contested match that ended in a 1-0 victory. Murston Massive managed to overpower the Two Olds with a convincing 3-0 scoreline, thanks to a stellar performance by Dylan, the division's top scorer with two goals, pushing Murston Massive higher up the leaderboard. In another exciting match up, Classics Fc scored a resounding 4-0 victory against Cheese James, further cementing their place in the competition.
