SUNDAY 31ST MARCH SITTINGBOURNE 6 A SIDE LEAGUE NEWS

All the latest news for the Sittingbourne 6 a side Sunday league direct from the Sittingbourne Community College.

The new season kicked off in the Sunday league and all teams were in attendance with the exception of Faversham Tuesday who had already informed us of their absence and are back as normal this Sunday. We also welcomed new teams to the league.

The results from the Premier league from the first week of fixtures make for interesting reading as last seasons division winners took on the Premier league winners  and it was Oldboys who ran out 7-0 winners over Bad Kompany. Class on Fake Grass played Sheppeys Finest and in a tight affair came out on top winning 1-0. In the final fixture in the premier league DVFC played Who Ate all Depays and managed to beat them 2-1.

In Division one we had some close matches with none of them being won by more then 2 goals. First up Barely Athletic took on The Munzies and beat them 2-0. Bacarays Not included took on Real Socialdads next of all and managed a 2-1 win. In the final game of the evening Invite Only Party beat Liqourice allsports 1-0.
