Monday 16th October - Worcester Round-Up

It was a good evening's football in the Worcester Monday 6 a side league this week with all teams in attendance throughout the night as scheduled across the three divisions and some well competed matches played.

After fulfilling their notice of withdrawal, Madeleine Milan have left the league.  We welcome new team UOW Futsal 2 to the league as their replacement and wish them good luck going into their debut game in Division One on Monday 23rd October.

In the Premier League, Athletico Pathetico came out on top against Class On Artificial Grass with a 3-1 win, showcasing their dominance. Daddy Ben overpowered Clash Of Dudes with a brilliant display, scoring 5 goals to 1. What Team Name emerged victorious against Phoenix, the scoreline reading 5-2. However, the most gripping match was between Texas Oldham and Pepe Pig, with the former edging out a close 1-0 victory.

Moving on to Division 1, Châteauneuf-du-Pape outclassed GSE with a resounding 9-0 triumph. Full Kit Yankers managed to pull off a win against Inter Ya Nan with a convincing 3-1 scoreline. Woodgreen FC had a compelling 4-0 win against Madeline Milan, while Salty Sea-Men emerged victorious against Sporting Abeergut 4-1.

In Division 2, Crouch Potato showcased their skills with a remarkable 6-1 victory against Backstreet Moyes. CWLC FC overcame Chunk And The 7 Dwarves 3-1. Unathletico Madrid and Indra played out a thrilling 2-2 draw. Cats On Bikes clinched a well-deserved victory against Monner Athletic, winning 4-2.
