Monday 2nd February - Worcester Round-Up

It was another excellent evening's football in the Worcester Monday 6 a side league this week, with all teams in attendance throughout the night as scheduled.

In the Premier League, the match between Pepe Pig and Is Your Motherwell concluded with a 1-1 draw, proving the competitiveness of the teams. Phoenix, however, stamped their authority on Daddy Ben with an emphatic 4-0 win, demonstrating their superior form this season. In another one-sided affair, Salty Sea-Men gave a masterclass in attacking football, thrashing Woodgreen FC with a 6-0 victory.

In Division 1, Scorgasms showed their goal-scoring prowess with an 8-1 defeat of Indian Park. Gruppo Select also walked away with three points after an impressive 3-1 win against Full Kit Yankers. The match between Stroke Titty and Unathletico Madrid ended in a 2-2 draw in a closely contested game.

In Division 2, Marinakis FC and Cathedral Cheese AFC battled to a 1-1 draw, while GSE outperformed Purkinje Fibres 3-1. Smeggy Hole FC and DuckDo FC couldn't be separated, ending their match in a 2-2 draw. However, the highlight of the division was UTR FC's dominant 12-1 victory over Premature Scorgasm.
