The Worcester Monday 6 a side League was back in action last night, delivering a thrilling display of skill and passion as teams battled it out in their respective divisions. With matches taking place across Premier League, Division 1, and Division 2, fans were treated to an evening of intense competition.
In the Premier League, Class On Artificial Grass proved their dominance with an outstanding 10-0 victory over Châteauneuf-du-Pape in a shock result most likely unexpected by both teams! Meanwhile, Clash Of Dudes narrowly defeated General Sports Enthusiasts 2-1 in a closely competed match/
Division 1 showcased some fiercely contested battles. Inter Ya Nan secured a hard-fought 2-1 win against Crouch Potato, whilst Daddy Ben claimed a thrilling 3-2 triumph over Monner Athletic in a superbly contested match. Woodgreen FC emerged victorious in a high-scoring affair, defeating Inside England V2 6-4. as they picked up a valuable win against the newest team to the division.
In Division 2, Chunk And The 7 Dwarves showcased their attacking prowess, securing a 3-1 win over Indra. Madeline Milan narrowly edged out Full Kit Yankers with a 2-1 triumph on their league debut, giving them something to build on in the coming weeks. Scoregasm delivered a stellar performance, triumphing over Plunger & Superglue with a resounding 8-2 win as they continue to improve week on week.
