Monday 4th August - Worcester Round-Up

It was another good evening's football in the Worcester Monday 6 a side league this week, with all teams in attendance throughout the night as scheduled and some well competed matches played.

In the Premier League, Daddy Ben displayed an exceptional performance, trouncing Class On Artificial Grass with a staggering 7-1 victory. Their forward line proved to be the highlight of the match, scoring the highest number of goals in their division this week. However, Woodgreen FC and Châteauneuf-du-Pape also registered wins against their respective opponents, asserting their dominance in the Premier League.

Division 1 kicked off with an intense match between SJL 6s and Monner Athletic, with the latter securing a narrow 2-1 victory. However, the top-scoring team of the division was We Lose Evra Week, who netted six goals against Pepe Pig, demonstrating their offensive strength.

In Division 2, Flue-Minense secured a narrow win over Unathletico Bilbao, with the match ending 3-2 in their favor. However, the highest scoring match was a thrilling draw between Purkinje Fibres and Unathletico Madrid, with both teams showcasing their offensive abilities by scoring three goals each.
