Monday 4th September - Worcester Sixways Round-Up

It was a good return to action in the Worcester Monday 6 a side league this week, following the break for Bank Holiday last week.  We saw all teams in attendance barring Chunk and the Seven Dwarves who return to action on 11th September.

In the Premier League, Clash of Dudes faced off against Châteauneuf-du-Pape, resulting in a 3-1 victory for Clash of Dudes. Meanwhile, Class On Artificial Grass struggled against What Team Name, who emerged victorious with an impressive 5-2 scoreline. Athletico Pathetico secured a narrow 3-2 win against Sporting Abeergut, and Phoenix fell short against Pickle Pinchers, with a final score of 1-4.

Over in Division 1, Daddy Ben demonstrated their dominance with a 7-3 triumph against Crouch Potato. Woodgreen FC remained unbeatable, securing a comfortable 4-0 victory over Inter Ya Nan. Monner Athletic endured a challenging match, ultimately losing 1-5 to Texas Oldham. In an intense encounter, Inside England V2 and Salty Sea-Men battled to a thrilling 4-4 draw.

In Division 2, Indra edged out Unathletico Madrid with a narrow 4-3 victory. Scoregasm showcased their prowess, defeating Madeline Milan with a commanding 5-1 scoreline. CWLC FC displayed a dominant performance, securing an impressive 5-0 win over Backstreet Moyes who made their league debuts.
