Monday 5th February - Worcester Round-Up

It was a good evening's football in the Worcester Monday 6 a side league this week overall, with the only disappointment being a non-attendance from Sporting a Beergut who will be spoken to accordingly and confirmed to return on Monday 12th February.

In the Premier League, Class on Artificial Grass outclassed Brap FC with a hefty 8-1 scoreline to top the table this week. Monday Knights turned tables on Daddy Ben with a 4-1 victory, while What Team Name shrugged off Phoenix with a similar 4-1 win.

In Division 1, Woodgreen FC narrowly defeated Crouch Potato 1-0 in a tightly contested match, while Pepe Pig secured a 2-1 victory over Salty Sea-Men. Texas Oldham managed to scrape a 1-0 win over CWLC FC. Ending the Division 1 clashes, Full Kit Yankers outplayed Inter Ya Nan, concluding the match with a 4-1 win.

Over in Division 2, Backstreet Moyes fell short against Uow Futsal 2 with a final score of 1-2. Unathletico Madrid and Indra battled it out with a 2-2 tie, while Real SoSoBad lost out to Monner Athletic 2-4. Chunk And The 7 Dwarves claimed a 3-1 victory over GSE.
