Sports enthusiasts gathered in Worcester last night as Week 2 of the 6-a-side Football league continued its thrilling season. The high-energy matches, which saw a variety of teams from the Premier League, Division 1, and Division 2 compete, highlighted the skill and passion that make this league an exciting spectacle for fans.

In the Premier League, Phoenix narrowly lost 2-1 to Stroke Titty in a gripping match. The Salty Sea-Men put up a good fight but found themselves defeated by Full Kit Yankers who emerged victorious with a 1-0 win. The night’s most exhilarating game came from Châteauneuf-du-Pape, who defeated Pepe Pig with a remarkable score of 5-1. The final Premier League match saw a thrilling draw between Molester City and Is Your Motherwell, ending in a 2-2 scoreline.

Turning to Division 1, Woodgreen FC showcased their dominance with an incredible 5-1 triumph over Fine Fellas, whilst UTR FC fell short to Scorgasms in a close 3-2 match. Unathletico Madrid and Net-six N Chill battled to a goalless stalemate, while Super Bock FC succumbed to City Boys in a 6-2 defeat.

Moving on to Division 2, GSE emerged victorious over Git Up Fc with a scoreline of 4-2, and DuckDo FC trumped Indian Park 3-1. Cathedral Cheese AFC rounded off the night with a striking 4-1 win against BTD.

The top scorers for each division were as follows: Châteauneuf-du-Pape for the Premier League, Woodgreen FC for Division 1, and Cathedral Cheese AFC for Division 2. Their outstanding performances undoubtedly contributed to the exhilarating matches of Week 2.
