Tuesday 16th April - Worcester Round-Up

It was a good evening's football in the Worcester Tuesday 6 a side league this week overall, with all teams in attendance barring two.  Back of Leisure return on Tuesday 23rd April, whilst Snorting Lisbon have been removed after failing to show without notifying us once again.  We welcome new team The Agenda to the league as their replacement.

On the pitch, in the Premier division, BDS FC displayed a commanding performance against Ringers Not Fingers, clinching a 3-1 victory. Purge F.C also started the season strong, shutting out Boi F.C with a clean 3-0 win. However, the highlight of this division was the high scoring clash between Murderonzidanesfloor and Borussia Teeth, where Murderonzidanesfloor emerged victoriously with an impressive 8-4 scoreline.

In Division 1, Dynamo Kebab demonstrated their offensive prowess with a 5-2 win over Phez FC. Joel Touchmatip and Net Six And Chill ended their match in a 2-2 draw, both teams showing promise for the season ahead. LeaveMyArselona managed to secure a close 1-0 win against MWL FC, setting a powerful precedent for the upcoming games.

Division 2 also saw intense competition. Warndon Heath narrowly defeated Busty Badgers 1-0, while Centurions FC eked out a 1-0 win against RB Old Boys. Is Your Motherwell came out strong with a 3-0 victory against Only Fools And Scousers. The most closely fought match in this division was between LispHead Utd and Knots County FC, with LispHead Utd defeating Knots County FC 3-2.
