Tuesday 23rd April - Worcester Sixways Round-Up

It was a good evening's football in the Worcester Tuesday 6 a side league this week, with all teams in attendance throughout the night across the three divisions.


In the Premier League division, Al-Mahartley routed Borussia Teeth with a stunning 16-1 victory. This dominant performance has truly set the tone for the season, with the victors showing their scoring prowess. Boi F.C. and Murderonzidanesfloor offered spectators a thrilling contest, with the former ultimately triumphing 5-4 in a nail-biting finish. BDS FC showed robust defensive skills, keeping a clean sheet in their 2-0 win over Purge F.C. The Agendas were on the receiving end of a 5-0 drubbing by Ringers Not Fingers, who executed an impressive display of teamwork and tactical prowess.


In Division 1, Back Of Leisure FC secured a narrow 2-1 victory over LeaveMyArselona. MWL FC outplayed Joel Touchmatip 5-2 in a match that showcased their offensive strength. Dynamo Kebab recorded the highest score of the evening, annihilating Net Six And Chill 13-0, while Phez FC secured a hard-fought 7-4 victory against Shed FC.


Division 2 saw some closely contested battles. Busty Badgers bested Knots County FC 3-1, while LispHead Utd scraped a 1-0 win against Is Your Motherwell. Centurions FC kept a clean sheet in their 2-0 victory over Only Fools And Scousers, while Warndon Heath edged out RB Old Boys in a thrilling 3-2 encounter.
