Tuesday 28th February - Worcester End of Season Round-Up

It was a good evening's football in the Worcester Tuesday 6 a side league this week which saw all teams in attendance throughout the night as scheduled across all three divisions.

Congratulations to Allstar Rejects who won the Premier Division for the FOURTH consecutive season!  They were pushed harder than ever this season though by Dynamo Kebab who won their final game 6-1 against Crouch Potatoes.  Allstar kept their nerve though on the adjacent pitch and claimed a 4-1 win over Nutty Marauders to bring home the trophy again.

The Division One title decider was one way traffic and was a lot less close than anticipated.  Congratulations to Sheffield Tuesday who romped to an 8-2 win over their rivals RB Old Boys who gain promotion via second place.

Warndon Heath got the job done to seal their Division Two title this week, HIV Eindhoven pushed them all the way though as they improve each week, the champions running out 3-2 winners to pip rivals Snorting Lisbon to the post, the second placed team winning by the same scoreline as they will also be playing Division One football next campaign!
